May 12 - John - Captain and Commanding Officer of the Army Cadets.  Born and raised in North Hamilton.  With the Armoury featuring on such a large piece of downtown real estate, it seems natural to highlight some of these fine men and women.

Funny seeing this fellow on here! Retired from my position as RSM under his command in '07.

Just a bit of clarification on a technicality... He's the Commanding officer of *a* Army Cadet unit. Not the whole lot of them, although I'm sure he'd do just fine in that position as well!

Great photograph, been loving them all so far!
